Each holster is handcrafted to order using only the best leather available.
Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong holster for your needs (e.g., choosing an IWB holster without prior experience using one).
If you’re new to concealed carry or unsure about what holster you need, please reach out before placing your order. We primarily serve experienced professionals who carry daily, and we’re happy to help guide new users as well.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
Custom-designed holsters not designed and tested by Nelson Holsters.
Holsters ordered in error, including incorrect model or style selection.
Body fit issues (e.g., "It doesn’t feel right on my body" or "IWB isn’t for me").
Color preference issues (Available options are clearly shown: Black, Saddle Tan, and Mahogany).
Appearance differences (Holsters vary in size based on the firearm model).
What Is Covered
We will repair or replace your holster if it has any of the following defects:
Bad stitching (coming apart).
Loose gun fit (our holsters are designed to fit snug unless requested otherwise).
Finish or hardware issues.
Broken clips within a reasonable timeframe (if we made them).
Each holster is crafted with care and attention to detail. While I strive for perfection, I’m human—and if I make a mistake, I stand behind my work and will make it right. I will never ship a holster with my name on it that I wouldn’t proudly carry myself.

Every Nelson Holster is designed for a specific firearm make and model in its factory configuration. Using a holster with a firearm it wasn’t designed for is unsafe.
No refunds will be issued after 5 days of receiving your holster due to the cost of materials and custom nature of our work.
Always practice proper firearm safety.
Never assume a firearm is unloaded.
Always take care when holstering or unholstering your weapon.
Keep all firearms out of reach of children.
